@errolbsk@mkmolewa Well if you could read the PP Act. Talking from personal knowledge of the Act and the law in general. LLB, LLM graduate and admitted advocate who did Pupillage. What else do i need to speak with authority on the matter.
@PublicProtector@AdvBMkhwebane According to my little knowledge of the law Rule 43 of the Uniform Rules of the court deals with Matrimonial Matters. So i don't understand who is married to who in this matter please enlighten meπ

@pierredevos@News24 Strange that the spokesperson won't comment on internal matters but they were quick to run the media and accuse their very own employees of sabotaging investigations.
People out there might think that we are being overzealous when we highlight the plight of employees in that institution. I have experienced the jackboot treatment myself. I was suspended for raising issues regarding corruption and maladministrstion in that office.
I'm waiting for her to tell the people of South Africa that the remedial action in the ABSA/Reserve Bank report was drafted by State Security Agency officials. I wonder who will she blame in that regard.
@OneNation70290 @KkKakaza @errolbsk In her case she doesn't get invited. She actually through her outreach programs decide where she wants to go. What impact does addressing students have instead of addressing the decision makers.
If @PublicProtector is so serious about so-called "good governance, accountability and transparency" why doesn't she go and address the municipal councils of all the dysfunctional municipalities which are failing to provide people with service delivery.
@OneNation70290 @KkKakaza @errolbsk Does it surpise you that the other day Magashule was at TUT now suddenly she was also addressing students at TUT. Do you think that is a coincident. Think again.
First Levhowane was investigated by the State Security Agency after she signed a wrong version of the ABSA/Reserve Bank provisional report. Simply because she signed without reading. Now the poor managers are to blame. When is she going to own up and take responsibility.
@errolbsk How did she sign the reports without interrogating the evidence. With her it's always someone's fault. She never wants to take responsibility. If she's not lying in the courts or parliament, she's blaming the employees. The problem with her is that she never reads. Just signs.

@NtlatlapaBokang@News24 This one clearly is singing from a particular faction hymn book. It seems as if she's on a political campaign. The sooner she disappear from that office the better.
@pierredevos But who signs the reports. Does she scrutinise the reports to determine whether proper investigation was done. Strange leader who doesn't want to take responsibility for her incompetence. She's clearly clueless
@NtlatlapaBokang@PieterDuToit@News24 Exactly. That office is now alcatraz. When you get in, you'll see that it now looks like a military establishment.
@NtlatlapaBokang@PieterDuToit@News24 The very same FSB report is being reviewed and i suspect it's a hot potato to handle. Obviously it should be riddled with errors the bulk of the evidence was with me and no one bothered to obtain such evidence from me.
