They would announce suddenly that 20.000 people can be invited, FCFS starting from now. Cannot be more random than that. Now there is a system-bad one.

@jas11_jaze @AskKubeir They have their priorities. The whole idea of immigration is to fill in gaps. They cannot continue randomly inviting people. One of the criteria is level of unemployment. If the level is high, they won't invite anyone.
