@jas11_jaze@AskKubeir Because for real they used to invite randomly. Before introducing this system even Express Entry was first come first served. They would announce suddenly that 20.000 people can be invited, FCFS starting from now. Cannot be more random than that. Now there is a system-bad one.
@ArashS90964@AskKubeir Well there should be some criterias. And this is what they came up with. We have to play the game. And here is a chance to change the way it's being built, but I doubt we have much to say.
@jas11_jaze@AskKubeir They have their priorities. The whole idea of immigration is to fill in gaps. They cannot continue randomly inviting people. One of the criteria is level of unemployment. If the level is high, they won't invite anyone.

And if you didn't have Canadian experience, you would argue that there are too many points given for Canadian experience.
