“You have no choice about how you lose, but you do have a choice about how you come back and prepare to win again.
Be angry. Be upset. But do not be accepting.
Be determined to come back stronger next time.”
— Pat Riley
The biggest obstacle to team success and personal happiness is ego/selfishness. Once you set aside your pride for the sake of the team, you can truly be successful and happy.
Most of the time people don't have the discipline or the willingness to break bad habits. They create a lot of excuses because finding excuses is much easier than becoming disciplined. Don’t count on luck or other people to get you where you need to be. Count on your discipline!
Players talk about being dead after workouts, but all I want to know is, did you really get better?! Anyone can work hard; anyone can sweat. But was it purposeful? Will it actually translate to game improvement?! That’s all that matters! Being tired does NOT equal getting better!
You can't just flip a switch to reach peak performance in games. You have to condition your mind every day to perform your best. If you're mentally lazy during practice, you'll be mentally weak in games.
Will Anderson reacts to the down block by taking the air out of his gap. @will_anderson28 “wrong arms” the puller & spills the block. RB doesn’t hit the hole & gets tackled. Great block destruction by one of the best players in CFB! #stoptherun#rolltide#nfldraft

Want to jump high? Do these
1. Band resisted jump
2. Band accelerated jump
This combo capitalizes on two distinct things
The first bands incrementally add load to force drive through extension
The second bands then rapidly pull us through that same extension
