@Garmin / I'm sorry but just because the device is out of it's warranty period YOU should repair/replace it as it is YOUR fault it is now broken. Offering a discount to buy a new watch is a slap in the face.

@Garmin So I own a Fenix 6X Pro Saphire. Bought it new so it was over £600. YOU release an update which renders it useless. It no longer works, it just boot cycles. I have tried ALL the troubleshooting to no avail. Customer service has told me I now get 30% off a new device. /
