The problem with chronic illness is there can be so many symptoms you cannot see, you feel like people don’t always believe you. Also having multiple symptoms means things can get easily misdiagnosed which extends your pain and suffering.
Dear Instagram,
Please take the time to learn about my body and my condition before you censor it or deem it as violent. I understand you need to protect your users from harmful content but a disabled body breaks no violations. Thank you.
Your condition will change you, but only in a bad way if you let it.
You need to accept it, and do everything in your power, (which sometimes might feel like you have none) to deal with it.

An inspirational talk from our @Coloplast_UK ambassador @MrColitiscrohns. Doing a fantastic job at normalising this condition for so many patients. Keep up the amazing work 👏🏽
"For me to go on the beach and take my top off, it's not a problem at all. If people want to look, they can ask questions." Such a great attitude from personal trainer @MrColitiscrohns 💪💪 https://t.co/wH0kAEjcgw
