Republicans can't imagine that there are those who don't know how to fish. They want to point at all the reasons somebody should already know how to fish and not support their education or training. Then they complain that nobody knows how to fish anymore.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: if the State wants to hold an American citizen in jail before trial, it should have to pay a large bond into the registry of the court. And if they fail to diligently pursue trial, or the person is acquitted, they forfeit the bond.
