My point is that the results are significantly skewed and portray a level of success that doesn’t reflect the reality. Many innocent teens were killed to inflate results and maintain the financial incentives.
@michaelapuscar@MarioNawfal Perhaps in the rural towns but not in the cities. That very same model had to produce numbers to maintain the aid coming in from the US. To meet the quota, young kids from these very same rural towns were killed and handed over as “FARC” or other paramilitaries.
