@United @USDOT United canceled my nonstop LAX-EWR flight and rebooked me on a 9-hour trip with a 2.5-hour layover while I’m traveling with a service dog. Another nonstop had seats, but United refused to move me. Over 2 hours on the phone and no solution. Absolutely unacceptable.
