@Teamgrassroots_ We change all 5 players every 10 minutes where we can. Lucky that we have a squad of 10 including 2 keepers so this works for us. Some weeks a couple of lads may get more if we are missing players but our general rule is every player gets minimum 50% of the game

@Teamgrassroots_ Not for me. We have a squad of 10 in our U7's and they all get a minimum of 20 minutes out of the 40 we play. It's our first season and they have developed so much already by getting that gametime
