Residents of the city of Seville found a wonderful way to stop the construction of another mosque in their city: they buried a dead pig in the place where the mosque was to be built, and widely notified the press about their “crime.”

Islamic law prohibits the construction of mosques on “pig-spattered land.” The Muslim community had no choice but to cancel the project, which was ready for construction (the land was sold to the Muslim community by Spanish government agencies).

We only crib. We don't do anything about the reverse discrimination that we face. Hoping for politicians to listen to your cries won't change anything—it's never going to happen.

No political party will abolish reservation; instead, it will likely increase. Many states are already exceeding 70% reservation, and soon it may extend to the private sector.

So, why just complain? Why not unite and act? Let's start with small legal battles, such as challenging disparities in application fees or difference in age criteria, and escalate from there. Our united efforts can help us, at least, in preventing further damage. Even if we fail, at least we'll have tried.
