Why it’s good for #PRD 👇

🔒 Contract protected — the law says the conversion can’t re-open existing contracts. Guercif carries over untouched.
🤝 A dealmaker partner — new ONHYM can take outside investors & stakes at home and abroad.
⛽ A gas route — it can transport & store gas in the interim, the plumbing Guercif needs.

The one risk that mattered — the contract being disturbed — is ruled out by the law itself.

The sheer scale of NdFeB magnet demand over the next 25 years from robotics, simply will not be met from virgin mined rare earths.

Efficient, mass-scale magnet recycling will be critical.

#MKA $CTH, through best-in-class NdFeB magnet recycler, HyProMag, are supremely placed as pick-and-shovel plays in an industry that could witness unprecedented parabolic growth worldwide over the next several decades: physical AI.
