We don't always see and give credit to all the hours and background work that goes into giving our athletes the best environment we can. Today our custodians were busy working on the court.

Poor Body Language on the field is a selfish act..

In order to be a great teammate, you need to see past yourself & your results.. plus, being a great teammate is CRUCIAL on championship teams 💯

The game is BIGGER than us all.. remember, it's NEVER as good or bad as you think!

I’ve been using the “rainbow road routine” since I went to @MrSpringPE’s session at the @MNDAPE conference this past fall. It’s great for my elementary DAPE students when working on their ball skills. Thanks Randy and #MNDAPE! @ISD876 @AnnandaleCards

On this date in 2007, Devin Hester took the opening kickoff of #SuperBowl XLI to the house.

No one had done that before. And no one has done it since.

It is just one bullet point on a @ProFootballHOF résumé.

@JenHeebink So amazing!
