Yes — we can term-limit Congress without their permission.
Article V lets 34 states force a Convention of the States.
Delegates propose the amendment.
38 states ratify.
Congress gets zero say.
The Founders built this escape hatch for a reason.
Time to use it.
RFK Jr. says Fauci paid UNC scientist Ralph Baric to develop a technique called "no-see-em," which makes pathogens MORE dangerous and COVERS UP the evidence of human manipulation.
Baric went on to teach this technique to the "Bat Lady" at the Wuhan Lab.
Fauci knew this. Then spent years telling the public COVID came from a "natural origin."
RFK JR: "He was lying about the origins from day one. Why was he lying? Because he funded those studies at the Wuhan lab, and he funded the studies at the University of North Carolina that developed the techniques for weaponizing COVID-19."
"And then [he] gave those to Ralph Baric, his funded scientist at the University of North Carolina, gave those to Shi Zhengli, the scientist, the 'bat lady' scientist in the Wuhan lab. And he taught her a technique that Anthony Fauci had paid him to develop called seamless ligation, which is also called 'no-see-em.'"
"It's a way of manipulating the virus to make it deadly to human beings and then covering up the evidence of human manipulation."
"And why would anybody spend NIH money developing that kind of technology?"
"It's bioweapons technology. It has nothing to do with public health. It's the opposite. It's the inverse of anything you would want to do with public health."
"Well, he took that, and he gave it to the Chinese military lab at Wuhan."
Fauci’s former senior adviser David Morens has now plead guilty for conspiring to defraud America by destroying federal records during COVID.
He previously said: “Tony doesn’t want his fingerprints on origin stories.”
David Morens just pleaded guilty.
Fauci’s senior advisor. The man who sat at his right hand for years.
He used a secret Gmail account to hide official communications from the American people. He destroyed and concealed federal records to evade FOIA. He worked to protect the grants that flowed into Wuhan and the narrative that COVID could not have come from the lab his agency funded.
This was not a clerical error. This was a deliberate cover-up while the country was locked down, censored, injected, and told to “trust the science.”
Careers were destroyed. Early treatments were suppressed. Children lost years of their childhoods. Millions suffered.
We stood on the steps of the Supreme Court in 2020 and told the truth. They censored us. They called us dangerous. They were the ones deleting the evidence.
One guilty plea is not enough. The house of cards is still standing as long as the man at the top remains untouched.
Accountability is not optional. It is the only path back to medicine and a free country.
NOW: Sen. Josh Hawley slams Dr. Anthony Fauci's refusal to answer questions about his actions during the pandemic and his personal diary entries surrounding COVID, arguing his invocation of the Fifth Amendment is improper due to his unconditional presidential pardon.
Hawley argues that Fauci's refusal to answer basic, non-incriminating questions demonstrated a deliberate effort to sidestep congressional oversight.
"It was a predetermined, premeditated design to evade this committee's questions on any subject, including emphatically, those for which he has a pardon."
House Republicans introduce a bill to permanently bar Dr. Anthony Fauci from federal government work after he invoked the Fifth Amendment over 100 times during a Senate hearing chaired by Sen. Rand Paul.
The STOP the SWAMP Act, introduced by Rep. Rich McCormick, R-Ga., would ban anyone from federal employment who refuses to answer questions from lawmakers — and would authorize Congress to refer witnesses for criminal prosecution if they unlawfully withhold information.
I asked Fauci basic questions:
What day of the week is it today?
What color tie are you wearing?
What color is the carpet in front of you?
He pled the Fifth and refused to answer every time - though he did look down at the carpet
