Extending this thought to the a micro-level - schools.

What would that challenging question sound like?

i.e. Are we a teacher collective or a collection of teachers?

Additionally, insert “Leaders/Bosses” for “Teachers” and “Employees/Teachers” for “Students”.

As an administrator, we only get this result when we model this mantra with our teachers… not shaming them with it or weaponizing it when we work with students.
