McCarver was called out and awarded only a 3 run single.

In 1966 @Braves starting pitcher Tony Cloninger went 3-5 at the plate, hitting 2 grand slams and tallying 9 RBIs.
Cloninger also struck out 5 @SFGiants en route to a complete game victory.
His 9 RBIs remain a single game high for any pitcher.

In the 6th a hit rolled into a Wrigley rain gutter. Pitchers punked @SFGiants OF Leon Wagner by staring intently under their bench. He fell for it and searched under the bench resulting an inside-the-park HR!
