@Firstand16_Pod With regional loyalty all but gone, I think a full relegation model would work. 11 divisions with 12 teams each (D12 would have 4 plus new schools as they join). 11 game season. Top 2 move up, bottom 2 down. D1 plays for title. Other top2s play bowl games
