@RailMinIndia someone say thanks to the lady TTE on duty 13010 13.50 hrs. 27th Jan. First time saw someone clearing unreserved ticket holder from reserved coaches in 29 years of travel experience. Don't want to upset few people but mostly it happen between two state, UP & BIHAR.
