You forget how exhausting it is having to establish yourself again.

Wins of the day though, had a quality conversation with 3 students who truant a lot and have 2 parental meetings booked in already ✌️

Helping students transform their mindset to be more focussed on their studies isn’t easy. We guide them, but it’s the student that has to make the choice. I couldn’t be more proud of this student that was one of our highest profilers last year, totally different now!!! PROUD 🎉

Learning doesn’t have to stop in life and it doesn’t have to be in the classroom, it just needs to be something you enjoy!

@Strickomaster Pay is a real issue I think especially the training year! My brother would love to get into teaching, but with two kids to look after, he can’t afford the financial hit of the training year even though the pay once in teaching would be better for him.

I was so happy to finally have a Year 7 class after 2 years of not teaching this year group.

One of the toughest things I’ve done, was not prepared for how much the squats would ruin my legs, so glad I got out and did it though and made it to the end! Roll on next years event 💪
