The U16 Girls State School Pitch Up & Play series continued at Leith Academy last Friday, with 41 pupils from East Area. Designed to allow girls to experience AGLVs rugby, it provides activity at a development level which is a stepping stone prior to joining the club game 🏉👏

On Thursday we had a tight match of high intensity basketball with our S6s, who came in to grab the win at the end... vengeance was sought after the netball game! 🤣

Busy Monday at @EdinburghNapier for todays S3/4 Volleyball Cascade.

Our pupils managed to score 7 wins today, of which was their first ever games! Really proud of the team work displayed and the support shown to our school from all.🤾‍♀️

Some superb Netball skills on show today in the Staff v Pupils match, especially from the staff team! Some of the players were rolling back the years to when they were in P7! Top quality from everyone involved including pupil umpires and scorers 👏👍
