Now that the health has picked up, I want to be getting back into a school! I miss teaching but I also want to focus around Edtech in academies I think! So much potential and a few academies advertising specific roles for enhancing and supporting schools with their use of tech!

@joannespurs @astreaacademies Loads of things need sorting and won’t be as user friendly as Junior Librarian, but it also isn’t £1000 + £600 a year!
I should be able to get it working well enough to use though for Sept start!

For a few hours work, I have the start of a way to manage the school library. Lots needs changing, but the basic functionality works! I can now manage the books and keep track of who has taken them out - kind of!

I always try and learn a couple of phrases in the kids home language at school. We have a couple of Ukrainian children starting (one in mine) and my days, it’s hard!! Currently about 10 basic phrases before we head back to translate!!
