Today we're opening up Nebula Alpha to everyone.
We imagined team communications where agents are a first class citizen.
They work in channels, talk on calls and can see your screen.
All at real time speed.
It's time for every team to become agentic.

Lessons from this:
1) Don’t outsource your judgment to the PR team. Use your own instincts, there’s a reason you’re the one running the company. @radbackwards makes this point and he’s right. You wouldn’t blindly approve a product update; don’t take your eyes off the road with comms
2) Judge people not outlets. “Boycott Wired” isn’t the answer. Even an independent podcaster could be an angel in your competitor. Or the perfect person to help tell your story might work for mainstream media. The unit of analysis is the individual not the institution
3) Go direct. Building your own platform lets you maintain (or regain) control over your narrative. Going direct doesn’t mean shunning the media, but even if you did, criticism is unavoidable. Having an audience lets you say your piece and reset the narrative, as Dar does here
Reading it has had such a positive impact on me. The biggest takeaway for me was Buffet's 5/25 rule.
- List your top 25 goals.
- From that circle the top 5
- For everything else, you should actively avoid them at all costs.
It's our attempt to try to do everything all the time that keeps us desperately unsatisfied.
An email from Coach Sommer I revisit often:
Hi Tim,
Patience. Far too soon to expect strength improvements. Strength improvements [for a movement like this] take a minimum of 6 weeks. Any perceived improvements prior to that are simply the result of improved synaptic facilitation. In plain English, the central nervous system simply became more efficient at that particular movement with practice. This is, however, not to be confused with actual strength gains.
Dealing with the temporary frustration of not making progress is an integral part of the path towards excellence. In fact, it is essential and something that every single elite athlete has had to learn to deal with. If the pursuit of excellence was easy, everyone would do it.
In fact, this impatience in dealing with frustration is the primary reason that most people fail to achieve their goals. Unreasonable expectations timewise, resulting in unnecessary frustration, due to a perceived feeling of failure. Achieving the extraordinary is not a linear process.
The secret is to show up, do the work, and go home.
A blue collar work ethic married to indomitable will. It is literally that simple. Nothing interferes. Nothing can sway you from your purpose. Once the decision is made, simply refuse to budge. Refuse to compromise.
And accept that quality long-term results require quality long-term focus. No emotion. No drama. No beating yourself up over small bumps in the road. Learn to enjoy and appreciate the process. This is especially important because you are going to spend far more time on the actual journey than with those all too brief moments of triumph at the end.
Certainly celebrate the moments of triumph when they occur. More importantly, learn from defeats when they happen. In fact, if you are not encountering defeat on a fairly regular basis, you are not trying hard enough. And absolutely refuse to accept less than your best.
Throw out a timeline. It will take what it takes.
If the commitment is to a long-term goal and not to a series of smaller intermediate goals, then only one decision needs to be made and adhered to. Clear, simple, straightforward. Much easier to maintain than having to make small decision after small decision to stay the course when dealing with each step along the way. This provides far too many opportunities to inadvertently drift from your chosen goal. The single decision is one of the most powerful tools in the toolbox.
Every step matters. For children with disabilities, walking can open the door to independence, confidence, and new opportunities.
Trexo Robotics has developed wearable robotic devices that make over-ground walking possible both in clinics and at home. Beyond movement, these devices help children stay active, engage with their surroundings, and experience the joy of mobility. A step forward isn’t just physical—it’s a chance to thrive.

Our family from Canada is stuck because eVisa for our 9 month old son is still pending while wife and three year old are approved. Flight already moved once. This has been crazy and begging for visibility
eVisa for a nine month old should not force repeated flight changes and losses when the mother and sibling are already approved. Kindly respond and help fix this today.
Status still only shows processing while the rest of the family is cleared. Reschedules cost huge money and stress for the whole family. The phone and email lines are repeating the same generic information. Application id is I004X23DF525. Requesting manual review ASAP
@willahmed The warning letter states that an individual w hypertension could get erroneously low readings, but your app clearly makes you acknowledge that if you are diagnosed w hypertension it's not for you. And if you're not even diagnosed then the app isn't worse than no data!!
What’s left to “investigate”? Everyone at @airindia knows how you systematically barred Praneit from flying.
Even this Twitter handle is aware.
Why are you still making excuses to delay my refund?
What more do you need to process what you promised in 1 hour?

Dear @DGCAIndia@Transport_gc@CTA_gc ,
How can @airindia ask parents to carry 6 oxygen cylinders onboard—when their own safety policy prohibits it?
Is this medically safe? Is this allowed under international aviation norms?
Request urgent review.

After submitting all documents & receiving 3 Fit to Fly clearances, @airindia has now systematically barred Praneit, a wheelchair-bound child, from flying by imposing last-minute, impossible & unsafe demands—including 6 oxygen cylinders.
Even their own policy prohibits this.

6 hours to the flight… and @airindia has imposed new restrictions—again.
Now, I’m left scrambling to see if the hospital can fulfill these new formalities on such short notice.
This isn’t just stressful—
It’s systematic obstruction of a child’s right to fly.
