Kenshiro will most likely be the worst character in the game post s3 patch unless they do a crazy system change like bringing back hkds. He has tons of flaws and is probably only above Hoon in terms of dlc power level.

@TheeFerno Yeah his movelist is a bit mid tbh, not to mention that two of his moves legit can't be used on characters without projectiles. His buttons don't do him any favors either. Putting him at A seems pretty fair.

@InvincibleVS Ngl brah just keep Mark's back super the way it was. It's a wakeup dp super who cares it can't tag out, especially for Invincible. He's already cracked he doesn't need that, all you did was introduce a new problem and it's been in the game 3 days too long. Buddy can level 6 🤣

@FGC_KTOP His specials are really good for neutral but his offense is super weak there's not much to open anyone up with especially if you burnout there might as well be nothing. He's gonna thrive in neutral but that's abt it I see him being B tier or A tier.
