I don't post here much but scroll every day and think it's time for me to leave the platform for one crucial reason.
Why the fuck do ads now play audio when I didn't ask it to?! It's the faster way for me to choose to uninstall the app from my phone if I want to scroll in public
@_benui I've been remote with CCP Games for over 2 years now and it's been really great, but I will say that I definitely miss the social interactions in person with colleagues, but I can't justify the commuting cost (time AND money) to go to London every day. It's just not worth it.
@lolcohol Before properly getting into PoE, I think I gave it a go about 4 or 5 times and the tree is always the thing that scared me away. There was so much choice and I ended up with analysis paralysis a lot of times. A friend showed me PoBs and that made it a lot easier to get used to
@_ktmb_ All I've seen from it so far is bad news. I reckon there's gonna be a day 1 patch for it to sort out the performance issues, but damn it doesn't look good

@_benui I picked project prefix, but if it’s project specific that wouldn’t be in engine (HelmetBashAbility for example) then there’s no need for a prefix imo. Only things that are children of engine classes really need a prefix
