@darkfield_org hi - trying to get a response via multiple platforms. Your app is not working and not allowing us (two seperate phones) to enter codes. App re-installed x2. Tried on data and home wifi. It can tell invalid codes but our correct ones do nothing. 40 mins to show...

Hi @sohotheatre. Similar to the person a few days ago I rented the fantastic Jessie Cave and the buffering made it unwatchable.

Tried three devices.
Tried broadband and data.
Speed test performed.
Using Chrome with pop-ups enabled.
All other streaming services working fine.

@Rachava @easyJet @katieharmstrong This would help a lot. *Thousands* of people are no longer going to Edinburgh Fringe but cannot rebook their flights fee free because next years Aug flights to Edin are not likely to be on sale before the 14 days window for a lot of people.
