@TPExpressTrains Yeah that’s fine, as the first train was cancelled I’ve issued a refund request for that but not for the return journey. I’ve sent them an email with my train ticket booking and reference along with a receipt from my UBER. Thanks for your help.

Hey @thetrainline if I’ve booked a train but now can’t get on at the station I’ve booked from but can get on from the next station which is the first stop on that journey, is that ok?
