@LaurynJenkins13@drpriddy@LaurynJenkins13@drpriddy I firmly believe that positive reinforcement is measured by the outcome of the interaction rather than the methods used for reinforcement. I believe that both positive and negative consequences can have the same effects if employed correctly.
Tact, in my opinion, is the key factor that makes any feedback constructive. "Positive" and "negative" are merely passengers within the delivery vehicle. The overall positive effects will come from helping you get to the intended destination. #TWU5123Learn@drpriddy
@katelingil1@drpriddy When you teach that there are minimal absolutely possibilities, you teach that there are no absolute norms to adhere to. Imagine how much talent and potential got lost to "You can't!" and motivate yourself to balance that with "You will"! @katelingil1@drpriddy

@alynhancock@drpriddy@alynhancock@drpriddy In middle school, a teacher encouraged us to see how we were different,, how we can benefit from each other, and how collectively we can accomplish more. That shaped my leadership perspective drastically and how I view parts of a whole.

Some psychologists assert that behaviors are 100% nature and 100% nurture- ie- they can’t be separated. How we comb and style the hair should be the focus rather than how we split it #TWU5123Learn@drpriddy
