@jnew_3@drpriddy I see this all the time in the classroom however it does not always work as fast or as well as we want it to. This is also very effected by how enforcement is done at home and with a child whose reinforcement is extreme this job for the teacher restarts every day.
The ideal of behaviorism is to eliminate coercion: to apply controls by changing the environment in such a way as to reinforce the kind of behavior that benefits everyone.

@ekidd58627655@drpriddy I have always loved this quote it does speak to the different ways that people learn. I have always struggled a great deal in math and for many years this had a huge impact on how intelligent I believed I was. I realize this is not a reflection of my intelligence.
This is exactly what learning difference means to me, we are not all the same and we will not learn the same ways but we can learn. #TWU5123Learn, @drpriddy@AlexiaLongoria1
@AlexiaLongoria1@drpriddy I could not agree with anything more as human being we all, especially children, need to know that we are believed in and have the ability to do many things!
@ekidd58627655@drpriddy I absolutely agree with you both. Probably the most important thing we can do for students is to teach how they learn. It is a simple yet complex concept.
The best teachers are those who show you where to look but don't tell you what to see. I believe this is a good condensed statement as to what piaget and Vygotsky wanted to portray #TWU5123Learn@drpriddy
