I'm more nervous on observation days for my team memebers than for me. Not cos I'm great - just cos my observation is down to what I put into it. I can't control what they do but I care about what they do.

@_MissJess__ Yeah you should at least try and add some detail together or have a clear agreement on who is doing what sections

@_MissJess__ I mean if might not work for all classes but sometimes it's a bit if fun and some thing completely different. I've seen it used really effectively in key stage 1 but if you get the right call I can see it working for year 6
