@andjwoo@MagistratesBlog I think I was probably being unlawful pal. We did it all the time in the cops. You wouldn’t believe what we could get away with.
@andjwoo@MagistratesBlog I’v seen the video. It doesn’t tell me what the police were told on the initial call, nor does it evidence what the guy was doing. All I see is the police asking for details and the male refusing.
I’m not sure why/how asking for the males name is intended to cause punishment ?
@andjwoo@MagistratesBlog And again, our thoughts really don’t matter when the law and human rights are in black and white.
This request was made in the j treat of national security and public safety. Could even argue for the well being of the country and for the prevention of crime
@andjwoo@MagistratesBlog Neither of us know the circumstances under which the police were called. If, and I say if, they’ve been called to somebody acting suspicious/loitering/filming/drone flying around critical national infrastructure then the necessity for ID is paramount.
@Craig_Elachie@MagistratesBlog If you’re there for a flight you’ve already provided details. If you’re just parking you’ve provided details via anpr.
Due to the hyper sensitivity around flying I personally don’t think it’s too much to ask for people to provide details if you’re on the airport footprint.
@Craig_Elachie@MagistratesBlog Hi, so yes whilst the wording states providing details to an airport official or Constable, I can’t imagine anyone daft enough to provide to an AO unless they were there to legally use the facility in some way.
No details = No flying. And quite rightly too.
@andjwoo@MagistratesBlog Hi Andy, I worked at the airport for a couple of years around 2017/2018. The bylaws were in place then. As Mr Blog suggests, only the newest version are on the website.
In this case yes, he does know more than you and indeed the ‘auditor’.
@Nigelrefowens I don’t know about this one Sir. Looks like he was going for it before it even left the passer’s hand. The passer going through the passing procedure sees the movement and the only thing he can do is alter the tail end of the pass which fires it high. Maybe I should get out more
@RGIII@ljw21@Bengals@SharpFootball This goes wrong because the defender doesn’t trust his left shoulder and tries to tackle across body with his right.
@RGIII@ljw21@Bengals@SharpFootball Tackle him with his left shoulder, head to the right, protecting the head. loop his arms around the waist,Joining hands and then slide down to the ankles.
@HagertyUK My dad had a Nova, very briefly. Delivery was delayed so it could be used in the film Condor Man. When it finally arrived had it a list of faults as long as your arm.
Still, I was the coolest kid on the street for all of a week 😀
He replaced it with an Alfa Sud Sprint Veloce 😱
