@Cloudflare why is an Enterprise customer seeing 80 mins of downtime in 6 months? (excluding global outage), same routing failures, same unresolved issues.
Today: 17 mins down.

@Cloudflare Our Enterprise plan has suffered 3 outages in 2weeks—totaling 33 minutes of downtime! Your support is just sending me document claiming 'seamless' a second switches while we sit in a blackout for 11 minutes at a time. Very unsatisfying (case no. 01904052) cc @dok2001
