@bt_uk business. I'm so angry. Preordered business broadband to be ready once we move. Promised it wouldn't be activated until move date. Promised the router etc would be delivered to current address. Nope. Being shipped to wrong address and appointment to activate made already.

@RishiSunak Please can you confirm what help there will be for those who use heating oil? We have been affected so very much too. No other efficient options to replace oil boilers too. If we could get an efficient electric boiler, which didn't cost the earth to run we would. Thank you

@OculusGaming I took delivery of my Quest 2 yesterday. No wifi issue. Carried out the reset steps. Still no wifi. Logged a support call. No help at all. Requested a refund to find I have to drive 10 miles in tier 3 to drop it at DHL. Terrible customer service. Avoid buying.

To now add insult to injury, Oculus customer service told me to DHL to see what they can do. Way to go on continued customer service!
