Ordered Kadai Paneer from @zomato, but was sent Butter Chicken instead. I’m a strict vegetarian, and this isn’t just a mistake, it’s a violation of my beliefs.

I explained everything to @zomato customer care. The response? A cold partial refund of ₹192 and a chat that was abruptly ended with no empathy.
I wasn’t treated like a person, just another order number.
A small refund isn’t enough for the emotional and spiritual damage caused.
