@GolfSpyT I’m a 5 handicap, was fitted into the T350 (begrudgingly lol). Couldn’t argue with the preformance over my Mizuno Pro 245. T350 went higher and a longer, more forgiving and the numbers just worked with my lower SS of 80mph (7 iron). Proud to join “big iron nation”.
@drexxit@Mark_Sisson @RedWarrior1111 Thanks, will try. However I am already lifting moderate to heavy weights but not necessarily going extra slow on eccentric. Is the idea to go back to normal weight once there’s improvement in the pain after light weights?
@drexxit@Mark_Sisson @RedWarrior1111 What helped you the most? I suffer from golfers elbow on my right and tennis elbow on my left, both chronic for almost 3 years. Had surgery on my right side a year ago, it didn’t help. Been taking collagen daily for years. Already lifting the most I can tolerate in the gym.
@jeffstocco Been following Peter for years and aware of his stance on apoB, mine was slightly elevated and returned to normal but either way my understanding is the treatment would be the same as it would to lower LDL.
@MattBMartin@TuitNutrition@BenBikmanPhD@LDLSkeptic@DrPaulMason I saw similar numbers which is concerning. Doctors will push for statins but I’m not convinced LDL is the issue, my TGs are very low and HDL is high and I don’t have any factors contributing to CVD. My LDL particle is normal. There’s something I’m missing.
@LDLSkeptic@TuitNutrition@BenBikmanPhD@DrPaulMason To be clear, I don’t want to take statins and doubt LDL by itself lead to my score. My TGs are very low and HDL is high. I did have a slightly elevated APOB and it went back to normal months later. Are there genetic components I might be missing? (Not FH)
@tednaiman I like chickpea pasta, it’s got 23g protein and 11g fiber per 100g serving. Question is, which of these plant based proteins has the better quality and how much of it is actually absorbed? Lentil, Chickpea or Quinoa?
@tednaiman Crazy timing! Just got back from doing blood work and had my GP add Cystatin C because I am in that same boat with high protein and GFR in the 70’s. Seems like it takes about 10 days for results and wasn’t covered here in Canada but only cost me $45. Hope it’s in normal range!
@tednaiman I started making air popped popcorn to avoid the extra fat calories but I still need to spray some oil on them for salt to stick. Any ideas of a low calorie spray I can use?
