@tracewoodgrains Fuentes and co are the future of the Democratic Party - Anti Technologists will unite, which may be the most dangerous part of him.
The issue is that it would lead to a delay of the singularity, and increase the chance of a major stagnation in the west, and thus global war..
@willsolfiac Some people have speculated that in a future world of reduced travel (think oil at $250+ and increased restrictions generally), it will become more appealing to the masses..
@AndrewSabisky Not only that. Mi5 has of course been just as enthusiastic about implementing DEI & other anti-white hiring schemes.
So this is what happens, an institution filled with leftoids gets a veto on who can operate within the UK government.
@sporadica Imagine Trump purging these companies for three more years…The dems would want revenge…A Kamala government would do it…
They are already talking about it..
Zoomer in 2030: “I know the price of my bills have gone up but it’s ok because I bet on Polymarket that they would go up six months ago, and so I can still afford groceries.”
People can hedge against bills rising now..
Prediction markets are info markets.
You can use them as a better, more insightful way to stay informed about all kinds of things like politics, sports, and even whether your subscriptions are going to start charging more.
@oecolamp Clothes is just one aspect of it. We already saw with the Teslas being burned how what products you buy, stocks you invest in, social media platform you use and even what authors you read will immediately identify you like a military uniform.

Killer robots are coming regardless, and you want the best ones fighting for you.
Even if Reform copy Restore’s policies, I am not sure how much it will help them.
Reform’s policies aren’t the issue, it’s the lack of trust that they will get things done - caused by Farage’s mixed messaging, hiring Tories and Reform hiring immigrants etc.
People will see the sheer determination of Lowe & Co and be attracted to it.
I make no comment on whether this is a good thing or not.
@RaheemKassam@laralogan Reform it seems are open to a deal with the conservatives.
If you are keen to get the right in power, would you consider a deal with restore also?
It’s funny. It feels like the Rubio / Vance dynamic is quite similar to the Restore / Reform debate in the UK.
Rubio & Reform - Extremely Pro Israel and more boomer orientated. Keen to make sure assets keeping going up.
Restore & Vance - Younger, more demographics orientated and slightly more critical of Israel. More focused on affordable housing.

@MsMelChen@ThatAlexWoman Sure, but Rory Stewart and Starmer warned of the issue of “Russian Bots” to smear Farage, and it has been a losing argument.
Be wary of making the same mistake. Because otherwise, it feels like you can’t debate properly.
