Dear Shri Mohan Bhagwat ji,
My letter will reach you shortly. However, I thought it was important to draw your attention to this matter early.

Firstly, congratulations to the RSS on completing 100 years.
An organisation that claims over 60,000 shakhas and crores of swayamsevaks must also uphold transparency and constitutional accountability.
As per RSS’ highest and most important decision making body Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha’s 2025–26 Karnataka report, the RSS has 4,127 daily shakhas, 1,389 weekly milans, 60 monthly mandalis, 2,194 Samajotsavas with 19.61 lakh participants and held 562 route marches with 2.21 lakh uniformed participants in the state.
With such scale and influence, the RSS must clarify its legal status, registration, office bearers, funding, expenditure, taxation and permissions for public activities.
If citizens, labour, NGOs, trusts, temples and companies are expected to register, disclose and comply with the law, why should the RSS remain exempt?
In its centenary year, the RSS must responsibly abide by the Constitution and register, disclose, pay applicable taxes and function transparently within the Constitution.
As suggested in my letter, I am looking forward to hearing from @RSSorg soon.

The signing of the peace agreement between Iran and the United States comes as a relief to all those who value peace. But it has arrived after immense suffering, loss of life, and destruction across West Asia, particularly in Iran and Lebanon.
For India, however, this moment raises uncomfortable questions about our place in the emerging world order.
1. The agreement was facilitated through the efforts of Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey. India, despite its civilizational ties with Iran and despite Prime Minister Modi's much-publicised personal rapport with President Trump, was nowhere in the picture. We failed to leverage these relationships, enhance our diplomatic relevance, or contribute meaningfully to the pursuit of peace. Instead, our External Affairs Minister dismissed the very idea of mediation as “dalali”.
2. For years, India worked to expose Pakistan's role in sponsoring and exporting terrorism. Under the UPA government, sustained diplomatic efforts contributed to Pakistan being placed on the FATF grey list. Yet today, Pakistan has successfully projected itself as a stakeholder in global stability and a beacon of peace.
We lost not only the lives of our sailors, but also ground in the battle of perception and diplomacy. While others helped shape the outcome, India was reduced to a fly on the wall, a helpless, mute spectator.
This was never India's war. Yet somehow, we emerge diminished from it.
Modi hai tou mumkin hai!

35-year-old Second Officer Nishanth Uirthanathan (Tamil Nadu) passed away on June 11 after falling seriously ill. His body has remained onboard for over 2 days with no proper refrigeration. Crew is using cold water bottles in a desperate attempt to slow decomposition — a horrifying and health-risking situation.
Despite repeated distress calls, timely medical evacuation was reportedly delayed amid regional tensions. FSUI and the captain are urgently demanding body preservation/repatriation, crew support, and full investigation into the response failures.
RIP Nishanth. Deepest condolences to his family and crew. Authorities must act immediately.

@yashoazad No big deal.

Every organization is working for him
In short, you can say that democracy is dead in India! Accept it! Elections are just mascots to legitimise the snatching away of the power with the might and crookedness.
The Returning Officer would have rejected Meenakshi Nataraj’s nomination paper even if she had mentioned the pending case against her, by saying, “Why did she mention a case in which she has not even been summoned?”

The @ECISVEEP must clarify whether these 4,000 EVMs were indeed used in the recent West Bengal elections. Otherwise, we can't help but wonder whether this was truly an accidental fire or the same convenient and mysterious kind of blaze that, in Bollywood movies, always seems to erupt just in time to destroy crucial evidence.
