@idobadtakes Honestly cap benefits a bit more on the high end, raise at the low end. Make it all taxable, remove cap on wages and lower rate, add 2-4% to niit half ss half to Medicare
@Mr_Husky1 The Ms have a point on housing, if you weren’t able to buy prior to 2014-2015 you basically got shut out of the market. I’m a 83 baby and my first home in Dallas was 64k in 2006, that house recently sold for 385k. And it’s in a terrible part of town lol
@ChuckRossDC Why does anyone listen to this guy? Isn’t he the super smart business prof that liquidated all his stocks when trump won in 2016 bc he was mad lol
@BisforBerkshire Absolutely brain dead take, to the extent parents are mad about vouchers it’s bc so few were given lmao. Their are decent arguments against vouchers but “billionaires and teacher pay “ ain’t it
@NateSilver538 My take on ai is that it has yet to prove itself as transformative outside of programming/coding. It may get there, but I’ll believe it when I see it, and so far in the accounting world it’s basically had no impact
@mattyglesias I live in Collin county which is ground zero for this anxiety and I still don’t get it. Virtually every Indian I know or deal with is an educated professional or a business owner. They’re family oriented and take education and work seriously. And half of them marry whites
@Jan62244983@reset_by_peer And even the verbiage they use is similar. And of course when you point out how nonsensical they’re being they just say “you don’t understand the tech” lol
