I wanted to share an exceptional experience I recently had with Mr. Manish from Bose.
I had been struggling with an issue on my device lifestyle 18 for the past 3 years — a device that holds deep emotional value for me, as it was a gift from my father and one of the last memories I have of him. Despite multiple attempts, no one was able to resolve the problem.
When I finally connected with Manish over a call, the experience was completely different. He was extremely patient, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping me. He didn’t just troubleshoot — he guided me step by step, educated me about the issue, and ensured I understood everything along the way. Thanks to him, my device is finally working again.
I was referred to Manish through Mr. Abhishek Basant’s team, who had also experienced his expertise while resolving an issue at an Apple Store. I’m also grateful to Mr. Prabhakar for having such an incredible individual on his team.
That said, someone as talented and customer-focused as Manish shouldn’t be this hard to reach. It took multiple referrals from outside Bose to finally connect with him — and I strongly believe that professionals like him are true assets to any organization and should be more accessible to customers.
