UDISE+ 2025-26 shows India’s school education moving in the right direction under PM Shri @narendramodi Ji. 🇮🇳

• Preparatory dropout rate down to 1.8%
• Secondary dropout rate down to 7%
• Secondary GER up to 71.7%
• Teacher strength crosses 1.02 crore for the first time.

Contrast this with the UPA years, when the primary dropout rate was 4.7% (2013-14) and secondary dropout rates were around 17% (2015-16).

The direction of change is unmistakable: more teachers, fewer dropouts, and stronger retention.

కేంద్ర ప్రాయోజిత పథకాల అమలును మరింత వేగవంతం చేయడంతో పాటు, నిధుల సమర్థ వినియోగం, శాఖల మధ్య సమన్వయం, పెండింగ్ అంశాల సత్వర పరిష్కారంపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారించాలని ఆదేశించాను. నిర్దేశించిన గడువులోపు అన్ని పనులను పూర్తిచేసి, శాఖ లక్ష్యాలను సకాలంలో సాధించేలా బాధ్యతాయుతంగా పనిచేయాలని సూచించాను.
