🔥 LMAO! Enes Kanter Freedom PUSHES BACK after the he's told he's not allowed to play in the WNBA because he's not a woman
ENES: "Listen, Article 13 Section 1 says if you identify as a woman, then you are allowed to play! I identify as a woman, so yes, I can play!"
"Why not? If they ever come out and say they're changing the rules, I'll say 'I respect your decision, I will follow the rules.' Right now if you identify as a woman, you are allowed to play. I'm identifying as a woman and I am actually allowed to play."
As an economist, I must give a big thank you to the SNP and the Scottish people for proving the Laffer Curve is alive and kicking. Thanks also to @DanNeidle for his analysis.
It is incredible how far the Democratic Party has moved politically. Just listen to @BarackObama on immigration 20 years ago. @HillaryClinton spoke similarly back then.
The question of course is why. The answer I believe is not a change in fundamental views, but rather a tactical one. At some point, the Democratic Party believed it had a higher likelihood of staying in power if our country had open borders.
When did this take place? What was the catalyst for this reversal of views?
Reality Denied
Elon Musk’s interview with The Economist exposed a political absurdity: basic common sense now sounds radical because the elite progressive left has spent years treating reality as a nuisance rather than a guide. Secure borders, safe streets, fiscal restraint, and institutional competence are not fringe positions. They are the minimum requirements of a serious society.
That is why the debate has become so warped. Too much of the progressive left now operates in a post-factual universe, where ideology is treated as evidence and evidence is treated as negotiable. In that environment, ordinary standards of order and accountability are recast as oppression, while failure is excused with slogans.
The same argument would be celebrated as wisdom if Obama made it and denounced as extremism when Trump does.
The result is a public discourse detached from consequences. If you point out that uncontrolled migration strains public services, that crime affects working families first, or that governments cannot borrow and spend forever, you are no longer making a practical argument. You are accused of hostility, ignorance, or worse.
Musk’s real value in this conversation is not that he is universally right. Which he is. It is that he forces the confrontation between reality and rhetoric. And once that confrontation happens, the weakness of the left’s worldview becomes obvious: it can explain feelings, but it cannot reliably explain facts.
The middle of the political spectrum has not become more extreme. The left has simply moved so far from reality that common sense now looks like rebellion.
Dear @GaryLineker,
You don’t need to wait for Andy Burnham, you can make voluntary donations to HMRC right now.
Good on ya lad.

Oh, here’s the link - https://t.co/mymtHOJ3C0
Today marks a significant milestone for. We’re announcing a secondary share transaction that values Moneybox at £800 million (US $1.1 billion) - an increase of around 45% since our 2024 secondary transaction.
A couple earn £50k each, and their combined take-home pay is £6,320 per month.
They have 2 kids and receive full child benefit of £2,211.60 per year.
Their neighbours also have a £100,000 household income, but all of it comes from a single salary.
Since more of this income is taxed at a higher rate, their take-home pay is over £800 less per month (£5,513).
Even though they too have 2 kids, they receive £0 child benefit because their single salary exceeds the £80k threshold
THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN 🇬🇧
I am having a drink this evening with a friend in a Chiswick pub. Two policemen have just come into the pub and asked me to step outside. I have stepped outside and they have threatened me because I tweeted about a councillor banning seating outside pubs in Chiswick. They admit on video (watch it!) that I did not break the law at all. They came to threaten me. To warn me off tweeting about councillors and the council. This is modern Britain. This is the police state. Please, please, please watch this video. It does involve me using very bad language, but this has got to be seen. Police coming out to threaten someone who hasn’t committed a crime. I’m fuming.
Restore Britain’s five step plan to end the welfare scam.
Number one.
No benefits for foreigners. Saves billions and billions every year. If a Somalian family is living on benefits in social housing funded by the British taxpayer, I wish them well. In Somalia. No discussion needed. Huge savings to be had.
Second.
The ballooning welfare bill is not solely down to foreign nationals, far from it. There are a huge number of British people taking the mick. The system is there for the taking, and they are doing exactly that. Claiming some disability or another, when there is evidently nothing wrong.
Face-to-face assessments are vital, regular and vigorous.
- Dedicated welfare fraud investigation units.
- Proper data-sharing between HMRC, DWP and local authorities.
- Automatic recovery of fraudulent claims from future earnings.
And actually through doing this, we can give proper support to those British men and women who genuinely need it. A fair, robust and compassionate approach.
Third.
A life on benefits for a healthy individual is NOT acceptable. If you can work, you must work. A few months to find a desired job is reasonable, but after that - if you want your benefit money, you will be put to work.
That is Restore Britain’s position.
Litter picking, street cleaning, gardening, scraping chewing gum off the pavement. Whatever. If it needs doing and you want the money, you’re doing it.
Random drug tests for those on benefits - if you’re getting high, the benefits stop.
Tough love.
Next.
Reintroduce the two child cap. Hardworking British parents shouldn’t have to subsidise indolence.
If you want more children, get a job.
Finally.
Tax cuts.
Raise the thresholds. Make it so that going back to work is financially rewarding. Obviously. Reward hard work, and people will do more of it. If people feel like going into work is actually worth it, they will do it. It must never pay to sit on benefits.
More training, more apprenticeships. A skilled and active workforce. Contributing, not taking. That is what we need.
A Restore Britain Government will ensure no household receives more in out-of-work benefits than the equivalent working family earns after tax.
The welfare system should protect those who cannot work, support those who fall on hard times, and help people back into employment as quickly as possible.
It should never be more attractive than work.
Restore Britain will reward contribution and ambition, not indolence and entitlement.
End the welfare scam, slash the bill, crush inflation.
I told you, the looters are coming after everything:
- Your income
- Your savings
- Your business
- Your future
- Your kids future
- Your ambition
- Your happiness
- Your soul
The federal government must reimburse Elon Musk. He just lost $400 billion, more than any person in history.
If we want to tax unrealized gains, we must also start paying people when they have unrealized losses. This plan will fund free dental care for every child in Vietnam.
