@Uber_Support when booking a 25 minute trip the app offered the option to select a non-toll route for $3.59 savings. I DID NOT select the non-toll route bc it was longer. But the driver took the longer non-toll route adding 10 minutes to a 25 minute trip. Uber App didn’t fix it.
