Good article and good question but we know the answer they don't care about the people on the street because if the money that is donated and the tax dollars for this problem each one of those "American Citizens" could have a cheap housing and/or proper medical treatment but they are more worried about getting that money swindled into their campaign funds or probably even personal bank accounts
