@NintendanGX@NintendoUK Based on past games, not really. Honestly wouldn't worry too much based on 1 trailer. They'll reveal more about the game like they've done with the prior games.
@NintendanGX@NintendoUK the stories were basically self contained. It's just something he likes to do since he's always wanted to do a multi part story since Xenogears. Will there be connections to past games? Most likely. Will it be pivotal to the plot to where it affects the rest of the story?
@TheAzureRose1@NintendanGX@NintendoUK Honestly it's about what I expect from this community. Some peeps need to chill out it's a video game at the end of the day
@TheAzureRose1@NintendanGX@NintendoUK franchise. Each game has added new races to the franchise, why is an elf like race off limits? We've had catgirls since 2.
Every time a new game in this franchise gets announced, the fans have a kneejerk reaction and say it doesn't feel like a real Xenoblade game.
@NintendanGX@NintendoUK It will more than likely have the sci-fi elements, they probably aren't showing it off because it may be a part of lore dump during the course of the story.
If you rewatch the first trailer for Xenoblade 2 it has no sci-fi elements as well.

@ShadowFoxArche ok not having a physical release that has all the dlc and patches on the disk/cart. Or those people that have digital games collection but are crying about key cards.
@ShadowFoxArche Oh I don't disagree with you there on Nintendo. I appreciate how they are more dedicated to physical compared to other game companies. I was trying to point out that it's hypocritical how people are mad about key cards because they have to download the game data but are
