We asked them if someone could at least video call us and show us that she was doing okay and we were bluntly told that it is prohibited.I genuinely want to know if this is a valid rule. I beg you to consider the situation we are in.

@gyanderp @Paytm @Paytmcare I got from Paytm saying the amount of 268 would be refunded if the order gets cancelled. But I didn't get it.

@Paytm what's happening with the below refund guys? I don't even see a transaction in my wallet. Can't track the tickets I raised for this.
