Would anyone on here have any advice for teaching a 60 minute sprinting lesson to a year 7 group mixed gender/ability who haven’t participated in a sprinting lesson since primary school?

Any ideas would be a massive help as I have an interview coming up!

Spent the afternoon filming cricket footage for a GCSE student. Only to come back to my office which had been locked by the cleaning staff. I was looking for the person with the key for a good 20 minutes 😅😂

Was caught in hail for 2 of my 4 lessons today and of course the sun starts shining at the end of those two lessons 😅😤

Tea bag throws
Bottle flips
Free throws with different objects around the house
Scavenger hunts
