3rd graders from Ms. Miller's class working together in an activity called "Holiday Lights Relay". Students roll dice and then run down and turn on the "light" that corresponds with the number on the dice. First team to turn on all their lights wins!
It was a gorgeous day for a Fox Trot. 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade foxes did an amazing job. Thank you to Mr. Webster for organizing, to all the staff who supported, and to all the families who came out to cheer everyone on!!
It was a great day to celebrate our 5th graders and their accomplishments this year. We know you will do great things in middle school! We will miss you at Fogelsville, but Once a fox, always a fox!!
Feel free to post your pics in the comments!
@JeffersonPhysed The parachute is a favorite of children and adults. I had high school juniors come and help with my field day. After they ate their lunch, they asked to go back to the gym to play with the parachute. It was awesome.
Some shots from yesterday’s fabulous field day! Thank you to Mr. Webster for putting together an awesome event and to all of the parents and high school students who volunteered their time!
I didn't get a chance to take too many good pictures today, but the ones I did take have been uploaded to the @FVFoxes Field Day website. Enjoy!

@CoachGelardi@BigTennPhysEd@ElemPE1@BolgersPowerPE@JrV4Victory I respectfully disagree. I don't know the situations of all of my student's home lives. Especially with my younger students, they may not even pick the shoes they are wearing. As long as they can move safely, I allow them to participate.
Yesterday on Administrative Professionals Day, we had the honor of celebrating our amazing office staff. Thank you Mrs. Talhelm and Mrs. Mahoski for all that you do to support Fogelsville! We couldn’t do it without you!
1st graders from @MrRyanFV's class are practicing their underhand throwing skills in a game of Champions and Challengers. Thanks to @pe4everykid for the game idea and @phys_educator for the great graphic to help remind the students how to properly throw underhand #physed#fvfoxes
Kindergarten students from @MrsAKeller's class practiced their communication and cooperative skills in an awesome activity called Cross the River! Students had to figure out how to use the equipment to get their entire team across the river without falling in. #PhysEd#fvfoxes
Students from Ms. Trumbauer's 2nd grade class loved this great warm up activity from @kellidsmith. Students practiced locomotor movements around the gym and then performed different challenges with a hula hoop. #PhysEd#fvfoxes
