If I’m teaching 30 children English, there *will* be a certain degree of “one size fits all” unless I can have a TA in with me every lesson. And that TA needs to be paid properly, and needs PPA so they can support planning for more individualised lessons.

For a better education system you just need to do the following @andyburnham 1. Trim all GCSEs by 15-20%. 2. Fix comp science. 3. Make all school offer 10 GCSEs. 4. Make a technology or a creative arts subject compulsory. 5. Replace maths retake with a functional skills exam.
