🚨 ANOTHER R1 BILLION HEALTH TENDER SCANDAL EXPOSED
A network of politically connected figures has again been caught in a web of corruption — this time involving a R1 billion catering contract in the North West Health Department.
At the centre is Oupa Brown Mogotsi, the same fixer deeply involved in the corruption and cover-up scandals surrounding suspended Police Minister Senzo Mchunu (@Senzo_Mchunu_), alongside Hangwani Morgan Maumela, the notorious “tender kingpin” behind the Tembisa Hospital saga. Their scheme relied on shell companies and forged BEE certificates to manipulate the tender process.
Maumela, one of @CyrilRamaphosa's nephews from a previous marriage, has already faced scrutiny for R820 million in fraudulent hospital contracts.
The SIU has seized over R300 million in luxury assets — from Lamborghinis to multimillion-rand properties — all bought with public money meant for patients’ meals.
While hospitals collapse, politically connected elites continue to feed off the state.
It seems the @MYANC elite are content watching their friends cruise around in fleets of identical Lamborghinis, while the lives and health of ordinary patients barely register as an afterthought.
