@WeAreOpenreach just a suggestion but for business customers, when you send out automated texts can they include the circuit/line number, spent over an hour today trying to find out why I have an engineer coming on Monday but nobody at openreach could tell me without a the number

@WeAreOpenreach Unfortunately not, my phone number is one of 2 main site contacts with all our providers so I guess I will have to wait and see, at least it gave me the postcode of which site it’s booked for. But it would be good if this information could be added to the texts in future

@WeAreOpenreach Well no one in our team knows anything about why an appointment has been booked or what for. We have dozens of circuits and lines with various providers, and some for third parties that we have on site
