@TylerG_Capital Cool to be moved live, but do it right after passing the eval or after the payout.
Don’t let someone bust their ass and then wipe the slate clean be4 a max payout. No matter how much they’ve made before.
Imagine buying an eval and getting a full refund right b4 blowing it.
@yungscubaboi@GandalfTrader Yes, previous profits EARNED should have nothing to do with the present.
Because if he would’ve blown or close to blowing the accounts they wouldn’t have pushed him to live, they would keep his fee and say try again! 😊
But to wipe the slate clean 90% of the way is not fair
@jakericci2 @lun4rech0@GandalfTrader Can’t say disingenuous. You start from scratch with no buffer in live. And when you blow the account you have a cooldown period of 30 days where you can’t get new evals. Starting from 0 is always a risk.
@yungscubaboi@GandalfTrader Becuase he didnt get a payout on those accounts, they waited until he was almost at payout, pushed him to live, and just refunded the fee he paid for the accounts. Only pushed him to live on the accounts he received payouts from.
@TraderLe@GandalfTrader@TradingLucid Completely agree, either push to live at the time of passing the Eval, or After the payout. Not 90% to reaching a payout.
Especially if moving to live means forfeiting all profits, and starting in an account with no buffer.
Or move to Live but give the balance + buffer.
@DaveGirol@GandalfTrader@itsjjsimon This ^^^^
At least pay a portion out and use the rest for live.
But to simply wipe the the table when things aren’t in your favor is something else.
And to top it off, you have to rebuild the buffer from scratch . At least give the trader a buffer based on what they EARNED.
@itsjjsimon If I remember correctly, They can move you at any time after 5 lifetime payouts, as long as you get a payout on the account.
That’s why I tried not to leave to much profit over the buffer because it’s forfeited when the move you live.
