@bt_uk It is scheduled. I've checked already. What I want is the escalation with Openreach to happen immediately and someone from Openreach to take ownership of my case NOW. I shouldn't have to wait another 4 days for that process to begin after 3 mistakes in the same week
@bt_uk Logging a note on a computer system in my opinion does not constitute communication with Openreach. You need to allow your call centre operatives to get hold of someone at Openreach and someone to take ownership of issues.
@bt_uk Mon 30th - scheduled upgrade to full fibre. Openreach engineer no show. Existing line disconnected unexpectedly!
Tue 31st - no contact. Phoned and rebooked for Thu 2nd
Thu 2nd - phoned BT twice to check everything was OK for planned engineer visit. told yes. Engineer no show
@bt_uk However having said all of that, your call centre operatives have been very kind and understanding and you always answer within a few seconds which is brilliant. But I don't feel like they are equipped to actually produce a better outcome for me.
@bt_uk Phoned back again to see if I could get a different answer. No, told to stop ringing.
Clearly there is a huge gap between my expectations and what you can deliver for me. I honestly am starting to think this is a wind-up and Jeremy Beadle will pop out soon
@SamsungHelpUK I'm having trouble with your soundbars at low volume, the sound is very distorted/muffled - is there a known issue around this? I've tried an HW-T550 and HW-Q60T via HDMI and via bluetooth from a mobile phone, I've tried all preset sound modes and still no joy
